About
Hello! I'm Sarah Collins, a 2D animator from Hollywood, FL. I have a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Animation from Savannah College of Art and Design. I am currently knowledgeable with Toonboom Harmony, Clip Studio Paint, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere. I am open to learning new software!

I try to help out in every area of the 2D animation pipeline from pre-visualization to animation to post production. While most skilled in 2D animation, I have experience in character design and have been tasked with bringing character concepts to life by creating turnaround and reference sheets. As for post production, I dabble in compositing in After Effects. I learned to composite while working on my SCAD capstone film, Bad Dog.

I love working with other people to tell stories through the limitless medium of animation. The ability to share ideas and give and take critique from other artists is my favorite part of working on animated projects. Not only does it help the story and visuals be more cohesive, but it inspires new ideas and improvement in my work.

While I love drawing and animating, I am also passionate about animals and cooking! My cat, Sabrina, who I got when I was only three years old, is still alive and healthy. I take a lot of pride in how I grew up caring for her and that she's still doing well. Also, I have been vegan for nearly 10 years, which adds challenge to cooking, but only more satisfying when my meals come out good, especially if I had to alter the recipe to meet my diet.
