Bad Dog is a 2D animated capstone film created at the Savannah College of Art and Design over the span of 30 weeks.
For this project, I assisted in production management, including scheduling, delegating assignments, team communication, and general organization.

Google Sheets
Our Google Sheets were managed by Daxton DiPiazza, Sarah Collins, and Chloe Roppe. The pages contain a contents of important links for easy access, shot lists of in progress shots and layouts, and deliverables. Assignments were labeled based on difficulty, who they were assigned to, and marked by the level of completion on a weekly basis.
Communication & Notes
Discord & SyncSketch
Communication for Bad Dog was done primarily through Discord for ease of access, with our server having work related channels for pinging the leads with SyncSketch links for notes.
For critiques done in class, I would write down all of our verbal notes for the crew to go back and re-read.
